MSW Bookkeeping Services provides virtual bookkeeping and related financial support services. We do not offer tax filing, legal advice, or CPA-certified services unless explicitly stated. For legal or tax matters outside of basic bookkeeping, please consult with a licensed CPA or attorney.

2. Communication & SMS Consent

We communicate with our clients via email, phone, and SMS. By using our services, you consent to receiving messages from us through these channels, including appointment confirmations, service updates, and friendly reminders.

Our text messaging service is powered by Grasshopper. By using our services, you also agree to comply with Grasshopper’s terms of use. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

3. Payment Terms

All services must be prepaid unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services if payment is not received on time.

Flexible Payment Plans

We understand that everyone’s situation is different. Custom payment plans may be available upon discussion and mutual agreement. All plans must be confirmed in writing before services begin.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed sessions without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeited entirely.

5. Confidentiality & Data Security

6. Limitation of Liability
